This unique small group training entails using a mini trampoline, weights or a resistance band, a foam roller, and yourself for meditation. You will bounce, strengthen, roll to release tension in your muscles then relax with a guided meditation to destress and bring inner peace. Jumping on the rebounder is fun and easy on your joints and your joints don’t feel any pain. Foam rolling benefits release tension in the muscles, relieve muscle soreness, improve flexibility, range of motion, myofascial release to reduce tissue tension and muscle tightness. Meets 1 x a week for 4 weeks. Times and days vary. Maximum 4 people.
