HOT PILATES
Taking a traditional Pilates class and turning up the heat. With a warmer temperature, it will give us an opportunity to add more flexibility training into our mat Pilates sessions. Clients should have some understanding or practice in Pilates before signing up for Hot Pilates. It will be a good mix of stretching and strengthening for the core.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
You will use your entire body for this class! With a mixture of strength, cardio, and ab work, you will be sure to take your fitness to a new level. Each week, clients will get a different format using so many different "fitness toys", they will be certain to boost their metabolism.
Modifications will be provided if necessary.

INTRO TO AERIAL ARTS
This class is for anyone who wants to improve their strength, coordination, and flexibility with the basics of aerial arts. Learn the foundations of both aerial silks and aerial hoop in a self-paced and encouraging environment. No prior experience required.

MELT & MUSCLE
Whether you are an athlete, fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to improve their strength, the MELT and Muscle class offers a holistic approach to prepare your body for the demands of strength training. By addressing imbalances, releasing tension, and promoting stability, you will be ready to take on your strength workouts with greater confidence and reduced risk of injury.

ROW REFORMER ROPES
Using the Rower and Pilates Reformer and various types of resistance make up for this circuit style class.

CORE & STRETCH
Your core is the central part of your body which includes your pelvis, lower back, hips, and stomach. Training the muscles of your corleads to better balance and stability in all areas of your fitness routine and daily life. We will focus on core-work and complimentary stretches to leave you feeling strong and lean.

LEVEL 1 SILKS
This class will build on the foundations learned in Intro to Aerial Arts. Grow your strength, flexibility, and coordination by learning longer sequences in the air, more challenging moves, and more in a self-paced and encouraging environment.

MELT
MELT Performance is a simple self-care method focused on restoring the supportive qualities of our connective tissue and improving joint stability and balance. MELT Performance is a groundbreaking training method that applies cutting edge science to maximize and accelerate your fitness goals.

MELT - PELVIC + SHOULDER
This class will focus on restoring supportive qualities of the connective tissue in your pelvis and hips. MELT employs the use of gentle tools and self-care protocols to improve the supportive qualities of the connective tissue system as a vehicle to restore neurological stability and sensory motor control.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
A combination of cardio strength obstacle course type workout. Work at your own pace as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that'll have you sweating and your muscles burning.

SUSPENSION
This body weight workout will challenge and build your strength.
