This small group training allows up to three people. This body weight workout will challenge and build your strength. Typically a four week program that meets two times a week. Suspension training is held every other month. Time slots vary each round. Maximum 3 people. 2x week 4 weeks.
PILATES LEVEL 2 SGT
Pilates develops a longer, leaner, stronger and more graceful body by improving muscular symmetry, alignment, posture, core-strength and flexibility. Expect to be challenged with different tools. This all levels class is designed to connect your mind and body through physical challenge, leaving you balanced and restored. Maximum 5 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
Barre combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. Days and times vary each month. Maximum 5 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT SGT
Based on the techniques of vinyasa yoga, this class features 45 minutes of building a succession of movement patterns merged with the breath to enhance core stability and improve mobility, flexibility and range of motion while challenging balance and strength. We end with 15 minutes of meditation to calm, stabilize and reset the mind/body connection. This class beautifully balances a vigorous weekly workout routine. This is a great place for beginners to learn the techniques of yoga and for intermediate or experienced practitioners to advance. Maximum 5 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
ROW & FLOW SGT
Are you looking to challenge your aerobic threshold while increase balance, strength and flexibility? Join us for Row & Flow! This class is interval training at its finest. We blend rowing and body weight exercises on the floor. Maybe your aware of tightness or some muscular imbalances. Floor exercises will focus on flexibility and core stability. Find your power with high energy rowing segments followed by an infusion of dynamic stretches and body weight exercises. Your heart will be pumping and your strength will be challenged from head to toe in the low impact class. You can go at your pace to get what you want and need. Maximum 4 people. 1 x week 4 weeks.
PILATES LEVEL 1 SGT
Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Recommended to take this course prior to enlisting in level 2. Maximum 5 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
SUSPENSION PILATES SGT
A combination traditional and contemporary mat Pilates on the suspension trainer. Each exercise is Pilates rooted and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series. This class is considered advanced. Level 1 and level 2 must be completed prior to taking this class. This is such a feel good, fun class with many benefits including improved posture, flexibility and core strength and stability. Maximum 3 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
ROWING & SUSPENSION SGT
Get ready to sweat! Expect to always use a concept 2 rower and stationary bike/battle ropes. You will challenge cardiovascular system on many levels. Days and times vary each month. Maximum 4 people. 1x a week 4 weeks.
BARRE HIIT SGT
Meet us at the barre! HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. HIIT the Barre marries the amazing toning moves of barre with the cardio impact of HIIT. You will get a total body workout with hardly any equipment. The strength moves are going to help shape your body by building lean muscle mass and carving out gorgeous muscular curves. The mat rounds will build an incredibly strong core. The HIIT moves will help build your cardiovascular endurance and increase your resting metabolic rate. Not only that you will have great posture, improve your flexibility and feel great! Maximum 4 people. 1x week 4 weeks.

The Hand and Foot Fundamentals is the foundation of the method. Treating your hands and feet is a missing link to active living. This is where you’ll start your practice and learn some fundamental treatments using your hand and foot kit. The MELT Roller Fundamentals treats the untapped resource in your body called fascia. Using the soft body roller, you’ll learn to restore the supportive qualities of your fascial system, improve your overall sense of wellbeing, and eliminate persistent pain points using the 4Rs protocol of the method. The Neurostrength Fundamentals enhances joint mobility, stability, and sports performance. You’ll soon learn why repetition is the blessing and curse of athletic performance. Using the 2Rs protocol of Neurostrength, you’ll learn how to eliminate joint instability, reduce muscle imbalances, and avoid repetitive stress injuries. The MELT Method doesn’t replace anything you’re currently doing but is a great compliment to any hands-on therapy you’re receiving or athletic routine you currently do. MELT will help prepare and restore your body for physical activity, so you can be proactive and avoid the common mishaps of active living. And, if you have a current issue you’re wanting to resolve, MELT is going to become your restorative practice to return you to efficient living. Maximum 6 people. 1x week 4 weeks.
