This small group training allows up to three people. This body weight workout will challenge and build your strength. Typically a four week program that meets two times a week. Suspension training is held every other month. Time slots vary each round.

Triple B SGT is an infusion of boxing, battle ropes and barre. This group meets at 6 am on Wednesdays. The program is usually a 4 week period.  Maximum 5 people.

Tai Chi is a martial art that utilizes gentle, flowing movements to enhance health in the body and the mind. Intermediate class.

Tai Chi vs. Yoga
Standing. Never on ground. No inversions. Easily modified for hip, knee, shoulder  issues.

Get ready to sweat! Expect to always use a concept 2 rower and stationary bike/battle ropes. You will challenge cardiovascular system on many levels. Days and times vary each month. Maximum 4 people. 1x a week 4 weeks.

Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Typically this group meets 1x week for four weeks. Times and days vary each month.  Maximum 5 people.

This unique small group training entails using a mini trampoline, weights or a resistance band, a foam roller, and yourself for meditation. You will bounce, strengthen, roll to release tension in your muscles then relax with a guided meditation to destress and bring inner peace. Jumping on the rebounder is fun and easy on your joints and your joints don’t feel any pain. Foam rolling benefits release tension in the muscles, relieve muscle soreness, improve flexibility, range of motion, myofascial release to reduce tissue tension and muscle tightness. Meets 1 x a week for 4 weeks. Times and days vary.  Maximum 4 people.

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.
