Step & Sculpt

A four-for-one special: cardio, strength, balance, and mental agility using a step. We build simple 32-count choreography step combinations followed by higher intensity cardio boosts. While the heart rate comes down, we will use weights for lifting and balance challenges, all with the step. Each class will end with focused abdominal work and stretching. No previous stepping experience required! Shoes for cross training and built for lateral moves are recommended.
$5 cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 hour of class.
Classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
