Service Description

This all-level power vinyasa class will match your breath to each movement to tap into your inner strength and connect you with the power of flow. Designed to strengthen and lengthen your body and open your heart-space, Mindy will lead you through a practice infused with energy, creativity, and laughter to move your body and your spirit. This class is for all levels - beginners welcome! Come for the yoga, stay for the love.

Upcoming Sessions

$5 cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 hour of class.

Classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
