This class is perfect for all fitness levels. Pilates flow is a mat based Pilates Class working on increasing your balance, flexibility, strength and concentrating on breath. Although the class focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" (muscles of the abdominal, low back, and hips), expect to also challenge your upper and lower body. This will deliver a total body workout infused with some flexibility and mindfulness. Dumbbells and/or Stability balls may be incorporated.
$5 cancellation fee if cancelled within 1 hour of class.
Classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
