MADDY BESSER

Maddy is our fearless leader and started MadTime Fitness to help women who crave group fitness classes and fitness trainings feel safe, confident and comfortable in a women-only environment. You can catch Maddy teaching classes like Guts & Glutes, Metabolic Madness, Superwoman Strong, 20/20/20, Power Punch Prevail, Cycling and more!

APRIL PANSY

April is one of our amazing instructors and personal trainers and knows truly knows how to make you feel 100% comfortable and confident. With over 20 years experience as a fitness instructor, April loves teaching classes like Pilates Flow, Hot Pilates, 20/20/20, Cycling, Punch Power Prevail, Small Group Trainings, one-on-one Personal Training and more!

JOHN BESSER

John is the co-owner of MadTime alongside his amazing wife, Maddy. He prides himself on getting to know every member and making you feel like you're not just another number, but part of our family. John has been a fitness instructor for 5 years and loves teaching classes like Power Punch Prevail, Cycling and Ultimate Upper Body.

CHRISSY WILE

Chrissy is one of our amazing instructors who, besides being a wife and elementary school teacher, can be summed up by her love of unicorns, brussels sprouts and burpees! You can find Chrissy teaching classes like 20/20/20, Metabolic Madness, Punch Power Prevail and Guts & Glutes.

DOLORES EVERETT

Dolores is one of our amazing instructors and personal trainers who prides herself on being your #1 motivator. With over 35 years experience as a fitness instructor, Dolores loves teaching classes like Guts & Glutes, Metabolic Madness, Ultimate Upper Body, Superwoman Strong, Small Group Trainings, one-on-one Personal Training and more!

MEREDITH GUGLIELMO

Meredith is one of our amazing instructors who finds her happy place teaching our dance fitness classes! An hour of great cardio and great music mixed with singing, laughing and just having fun. No matter what type of day you're having, when you leave a MadTime Dance Fitness or Dance & Tone class, you're going to walk out on cloud 9!

BJARNI NERMOE

Bjarni is one of our amazing yoga instructors who has been teaching yoga for about a decade and is a 500 hour certified yogi! You can catch Bjarni teaching yoga classes like Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa and 26 & 2.

ALEX FURY

Alex is one of our amazing Hot Yoga instructors who adores MadTime because we are more than just a fitness facility. She has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and is a 200 hour certified yogi!

MINDY LASOSKI

Mindy is one of our amazing instructors who you will not only hear teaching, but taking classes too! She has been teaching yoga for 12 years and has a 500 hour certification! You can catch Mindy teaching classes like Power Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, Hot 26 & 2, GaLates, Punch Power Prevail, Guts & Glutes and 20/20/20.

SARA FARWELL

Sara is one of our amazing instructors who has been a fitness instructor for 6 years. She loves our community of empowered beautiful women and our wide variety of offerings both inside and outside of the gym. You can catch Sara teaching classes like 20/20/20, Superwoman Strong, Punch Power Prevail, Cycling, Hot Barre, Barre Pop-up and Step!

SUSAN BURDEN

Susan is one of our amazing cycling instructors who was first one of our members! As a mom of 2, she wishes MadTime was around 20 years ago when she was raising her boys because she has learned that it's important for women to develop full body and mind perspective. MORGAN CLEWELL

Morgan is our amazing Assistant Manager and protein shake master! You can expect to see her smiling face at the front desk or making delicious shakes for our members when they finish a class. Morgan loves recommending MadTime to everyone because we're a women-only gym and the atmosphere is always positive.

COACH FAITH

Faith is Maddy & John's black lab who is a friendly dog who loves to motivate the members at MadTime! You'll see Faith walking around the facility and giving you that extra motivation during class. If you're feeling generous, she'll never say no to friendly belly rubs!
