Cycling: This class is perfect for all fitness levels and allows you to get the workout that you came for in a studio setting. These bikes have monitors that will tell you your speed, distance and time in order to hold you accountable. Or toss a towel over the monitor and just enjoy the sweat. Cycle to music that will push you through the hard hills and motivate you to go just a little bit faster. TOWELS: Required to bring your own sweat towel.

Inhale, Exhale, Stretch- Designed for all levels. The aim is to open up and stretch your entire body. Each class focuses on lengthening muscles at a gradual pace and uses the breath to engage key muscles. 

Metabolic Madness- H.I.I.T Madness, short for high intensity interval training, combines bursts of high intensity work with short bouts of recovery. This class will use different time formats each time. Be ready to step outside of your comfort zone!

MadAbs- Strengthen the muscles in your mid-section and low-back with upbeat music in this targeted workout that will leave your whole core burning, but still keep you wanting more.

Pilates Flow- This class is perfect for all fitness levels. Pilates flow is a mat based Pilates class working on increasing your balance, flexibility, strength and concentrating on breath. Although the class focuses on strengthening the “powerhouse” (muscles of the abdominals, low back, and hips), expect to also challenge your upper and lower body. This will deliver a total body workout infused with some flexibility and mindfulness. Dumbbells and/or stability balls may be incorporated.

Punch, Power, Prevail- Punch, Power, Prevail teaches basic kickboxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. This class will include cardio calisthenics, bag work and full body strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and rev up your metabolism! Must wear gloves.

Stop, Drop and Roll- Specifically designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. Foam rolling or myofascial release is used to self-release the 'knots' in your muscles restoring optimal function. The technical terms for “knots” are trigger points or myofascial adhesions. Fascia is a form of connective tissue that wraps and bundles muscles (myo) together. Myofascial adhesions can develop through stress, training, overuse, underuse, movement imbalances and injuries. They are essentially points of constant tension and addressing them can have a positive effect on your workouts. 

Superwoman Strong- A total muscle conditioning and strength workout that utilizes resistance bands, body bars, a bench, and hand weights that is choreographed to music.


Ultimate Upper Body- In this 45 minute class, you will use added weight and body weight to strengthen and shape your arms while building core strength. This class is ideal for those seeking the look of long and lean muscles, in a low-impact environment.

 Zumba- A fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.


20/20/20- Three workouts in one! 20 minutes of low impact cardio, 20 minutes of
strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking to not jump around!
