Cycle to the beat like no one’s watching! This cardio-forward session is guaranteed to help you crush your calorie-burn goals. Cycle to music that will push you through the hard hills and motivate you to go just a little bit faster. Required to bring your own sweat towel.

CYFLOW

Celebrate the whole body, mind, and spirit in one energy-filled class! This combo class takes a classic cycling ride with hills, sprints, and flat roads finished with a dynamic yoga session to challenge the body through strength and flexibility.

DANCE & TONE

Dance and sweat your way to a happier, healthier you! This class combines body-sculpting and high-energy cardio infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party. Learn how to use lightweight toning sticks to target arms, abs, and thighs.

STEP & SCULPT

A four-for-one special: cardio, strength, balance, and mental agility using a step. We will build simple 32-count step combinations followed by cardio boosts. Next, we lift and focus on balance challenges, all with the step. Each class  ends with ab work and stretching.
